DO YOU SEE ME?
Being the second collection designed by Ricardo Preto exclusively for Rustan’s, the designer gathered inspiration from the lush vegetation of Philippines and the pure lines of modern Architecture, transforming it in structured silluettes, made of brocades in greens and pinks, thought to face the urban jungle.

The compromise between the structure and flow of life is present in this collection, in fit and flare silhuetes, colored in navy, nude and white. Clothes that live beyond the seasons, inspired by beauty and harmony of forms, designed to evolve along with you. Check video for full show.

Inspired by the need of feeling safe and confortable on your own skin, the urban Men finds, in this collection, the easiness of an adaptable wardrobe to every situation of your day-to-day.

Composed by functional pieces, colored in blue, green, black and white, made for people who want to feel like themselves, through every moment of their lifes. Check video for full show.

Moda Lisboa S/S 17 | Morecco

Morecco Lisboa presents for Spring Summer 2017, it’s second full collection of clothes, jewellery and accessories.

A celebration of colours, textures and materials. João Magalhães, the brand’s designer, explored Buddhist and Tibetan costume, psychedelic and transcendental meditation, and even deep sea diving in the Komodo islands coming together to create a kaleidoscopic journey expressed through fluid tailoring, deconstructed knitwear and draping. In addition intricate handmade fastenings in gold, silver and pearls, and headpieces intended to transmit the idea of a utopian sea.

Particular attention paid to cut, construction and finish. Materials are as always the finest possible, with natural fibers and silks used throughout. Print takes as it’s source the Nudibranch. Check video for full show.

Moda Lisboa S/S 17 | Sangue Novo

Celebrating 25 years, Moda Lisboa claims “we are together”: We are together in the recognition of our heritage and the endless searching of new talents through the platform SANGUE NOVO (New Blood), a showcase presenting the work of young fashion designers graduated from Portuguese and international fashion schools. Carolina Machado, M Hka, Hermione Flynn, João Oliveira, Duarte, Inês Silva, Cátia Moreira, João Barriga, Micaela Sapinho, Daniela Ciolan e Sofiya Malichenko are the selected designers of this edition. Like the previous editions, it was awarded a prize for the best collection: a Master Level Certificate in the Fashion Area, corresponding to an eight week workshop in Milan offered by the prestigious Fashion Academy, Domus Academy, and a 5000 euro scholarship awarded by Vulcano, official sponsor of ModaLisboa.

The Sangue Novo talents in competition were judged by a prestigious jury composed by Eduarda Abbondanza (President of ModaLisboa), Ricardo Preto (Fashion Designer), Sofia Lucas (Director of New Projects of GQ magazine), Anna Lottersberger (Domus Academy Head of Fashion Cluster) and Adriano Batista (Editor in chief of Fucking Young magazine).

João Oliveira was the winner of FashionClash award, João Barriga won the ModaLisboa award and a Duarte (Ana Duarte received the ModaLisboa’s honorable mention that enables her to present her work in the LAB platform.

According to the partnership of ModaLisboa and FashionClash, João Oliveira was invited to represent Portugal in the next edition of Dutch Fashion Festival, to be held in Maastricht, in June 2017.
